Marina Village Apartments has set a number of our apartment homes aside for individuals and families with low incomes allowing below-market rents for those who qualify. Current rental amounts are:

In order to qualify, your household's income must not exceed the current income limits:

Household Size Income Limit:

1 person - $61,900
2 people - $70,750
3 people - $79,600
4 people - $88,400
5 people - $95,500
6 people - $102,550
7 people - $109,650

Minimum and maximum occupants per unit:

1x1: 1-3 occupants total
2x2: 2-5 occupants total
3x2: 3-7 occupants total
